Creating Ignite, an Industry Leading Control Panel
About Ignite
Ignite is the platform that InteractRV, an Industry leading RV Dealer Design Company, houses all of its (300+) clients. It boasts an extensive Library and Inventory Control, custom CRM, Lead Management, built in CMS, and more.
The Challenge
- Redesign existing UI ensuring that it will require minimal training time for Employees and Clients
- Leverage current capabilities, while introducing new necessary functionality
- Create a scalable solution that could be marketed externally in the future
- Develop an experience that is both efficient and enjoyable
My Role
I worked collaboratively with the back-end development team as the UI/UX Lead. I worked with the Client Services and Account Management teams to gather user data and feedback. After the prototype was tested and approved, I wrote the HTML & CSS to hand off to Development for database integration and launch.
The Result
Ignite has become the primary control panel for one of the RV Industry's leading web development companys. When acquired and compared to several other leaders in the same vertical, Ignite was chosen as the platform to use moving forward. There was obviously a lot more work put into this than is show here, but most is confidential.
